Ephemere from Unibroue
An exquisit beer, I think I may have found my new favorite. This is a lightish ale brewed with apples, but it's no cider. Nice rich head, with a wonderful aroma smelling slightly of what would be apple cotton candy, this beer goes down easy being only 5.5% alc, and is a delight. All these aspects combine to make a truly wonderful beer with a great aftertaste, and a good price point. Recommended as an appetizer or with desert, I would also pair it with pork or chicken. I first tasted this at the beer festival here in raleigh, and I was stoked to hear they were distributing it here. Props to Unibroue on another steller beer!
